Last night it was a deep one. Gadele Festner was talking about letting go.
That’s the answer to it everything in life - learning how to let go.
It made me think how holding on takes strength and looks like that person is actually strong. The person who let’s go can seems weak
But in reality, letting go is brutally hard and most of us cannot do it.
We hold on, deceiving ourselves. We’re the ones controlling things in our lives - giving ourselves a false reality of strength.
Leaning in and letting go. On the other side is…authentic. real self. freedom.
It actually sounds like heaven.
